The HIPing process developed and perfected by IPS in concert with its sister companies in Ohio and Mississippi allows for the HIPing of large, defect-free valve bodies and components.

Our processes also allow for diffusion bonding of dissimilar materials whereby a high-performance material can be clad onto a cheaper material or a material comprised of different properties. The heat and pressure applied during the HIPing process make them intimately bonded. Thus, IPS ensures that our clients see first-hand how cost-effective our system is for very large components.
